Placing an Order

Our business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm & Saturdays 9am-Noon, answer phone operates at all other times and e-mails will be responded to within 24 hours.

Delivery
Delivery is FREE to addresses within a 10 mile radius of Norwich, on orders over £50.00, otherwise a delivery charge applies.
It is recommended that you are home to take delivery of your order to ensure it is not left out in the rain.
No liability will be taken if the customer is not home for the agreed delivery and it is lost, stolen or damaged.
Delivery will take place after payment has cleared.

Payment Methods
We accept payment by; Cheque, Phone or Internet Bank Transfer.
Phone payments are for UK issued debit and credit cards only and credit card transactions are subject to a 2.5% bank handling charge.
Depending on your payment method clearing will take between 2-5 working days.

Stock Items
All items are generally held in stock, however if the quantity or size of box you require is out of stock at the time of processing your order, you will be advised of the re-stock time and also given details of an alternative box size that is in stock.

Cancellation of Order
After an order has been processed and the payment has cleared no refund will be given on cancelled orders.
